Well it's the beginning of June, University is finished and we are waiting our results. Feedback from Tutors has been good so fingers crossed. I took last week to gather my thoughts, do some reading and a bit of light gardening to relax, so I am refreshed and ready for the next couple of months.
I was asked today to exhibit at another show at the end of July through August. This is what the past three years has been for and well worth it. Harding House Gallery, Steep Hill, Lincoln have asked if I would like to exhibit my copper work and of course I didn't refuse. I will have to get back in the workshop and produce some more pieces of jewellery and sculptures.
Welcome to my blog. I am a metal artist that specialises in copper wall art with natural patina colouring. Using only hand tools and traditional methods in forming the copper, I create unique pieces. I also produce sterling silver jewellery incorporating my patina copper work. If you like my work and want something just that bit different please contact me for commissioning details of bespoke pieces. Contact me by email at dmj8@me.com
